Sing the songs

Like most churches, music plays a significant part in our life together. DaySpring is blessed to have many gifted musicians in its community, including Kurt Kaiser, renowned pianist and composer, to lead the congregation in worship and to direct our choir.

Each Wednesday evening the choir meets to prepare for Sunday's service. In addition to the heart-warming musical experience, members of the choir enjoy the sense of belonging that takes place as they work together to create something wonderful for God.

DaySpring is committed to musical excellence and artistic musical expressions of all kinds. It's not unusual on a Sunday morning to hear an acoustic guitar solo or a handbell duet, or to be led in worship by a soloist.

Several times each year we enjoy hearing from gifted musicians as part of the DaySpring Concert Series. Past concerts have featured Cynthia Clawson, Billy Crockett, Kyle Matthews, Johnny Gimble, The Baylor Chamber Singers, and others.
