Sing the songs

Like many churches, music plays a significant part in our worship experience, as well as our life together. DaySpring is committed to musical excellence and artistic musical expressions of all kinds, instrumental and vocal. It's not unusual on a Sunday morning to hear an acoustic guitar or violin, or be led in worship by a soloist. We are blessed to have founding church member and renowned pianist and composer, Kurt Kaiser, regularly participate in our Sunday morning service.

The DaySpring choir is under the direction of Susan Thrift with Kathy Johnson accompanying. Each Wednesday evening the choir meets to prepare for Sunday's service. In addition to the heart-warming musical experience, members of the choir enjoy the sense of belonging that takes place as they work together to create their musical offerings.
