On Thursday, Jan. 18 at 10 AM, DaySpring will be hosting the Silver Linings Series in our Chapel.  

Calvary, DaySpring, Lake Shore and Seventh and James have teamed up to offer our senior adults some thought-provoking lectures and shared fellowship opportunities as part of this series.  For four months, beginning November ‘23 through February ‘24, we will gather together at one of our churches for a morning lecture and time together.

DaySpring’s guest lecturer will be our own Fiona Bond. Fiona is founding CEO of Creative Waco, the organization established in 2015 to serve as the regional Arts Council “to grow and support a thriving cultural and creative community in Waco and McLennan County.”

She came to Waco from the UK, where she led cultural initiatives in higher education, faith, and economic development, including the University of Cambridge’s Theology Through the Arts Program. She has a BA (hons) in Theology…
