DaySpring and Greater Ebenezer Baptist Church challenge Food Insecurity 

Below, you can sign up to contribute to a Thanksgiving basket, contribute to our turkey/ham fund to help provide extra meat for the baskets, and sign up to deliver a basket. Your presence will be a huge encouragement. Thank you for your support. This year's basket assembly will be Sunday, November 23 and delivery to families will be Monday, November 24.

Our History

DaySpring's food insecurity partnership with Greater Ebenezer Baptist Church began many years ago. Then, they had a neighborhood around their congregation and we did not. After sharing in service projects, picnics, and even vacation bible school activities, we approached them and asked: "Is there any way we can encourage you as you minister to the community?" They excitedly welcomed us into their Thanksgiving Basket ministry, and a long-lasting partnership emerged.
