Today we finalized financing with TFNB Bank in Waco and officially kicked off our construction phase! IconX Construction, led by DaySpringer Dan McReynolds, is tackling the project with a projected end date 10 months from now. We’ll post photos and updates here as the project gets moving. First steps: demolition and moving the playground to its new location behind the baptistry.
Our giving campaign continues and is crucial to continue strong. The loan we signed is only for our use once we’ve spent our buidling fund down. The longer we can delay drawing on the loan the longer we avoid paying interest on the draws and the smaller loan we’ll be carrying once the project is completed.
