Dear DaySpringers,
You are cordially invited to our “Giving Back, Building Forward” Advance Commitment Showcase on Sunday, April 14 from 5:30-7:00 pm at DaySpring. We expect a spectacular night of dinner, capital campaign motivation, and joyful entertainment that celebrates and “showcases” the artistic, musical, and comedic gifts and talents of fellow DaySpringers.
This RSVP event is open to all. The evening meal will be catered, but not entirely. We want you to showcase your favorite amazing dessert or appetizer. When you RSVP, you can sign up to showcase your culinary skills.
The Advance Commitment Showcase will be great fun for all, but the main purpose is to motivate many DaySpringers to decide to make a pledge IN ADVANCE of the rest of the congregation and to do so by April 21. We intend for you to have the information you need to make an advance commitment by the end of the evening’s program, should you desire to do so. Then, on April 28, we will announce how much has already been pledged toward our campaign goal. We hope that these advance commitments will provide encouragement, inspiration, excitement, and an assurance of success.
Nursery care will be provided. And with the help of campaign teams, the youth will be hosting a fun evening of children’s activities with dinner provided for them. You will have the opportunity to express your appreciation to the Youth Group for their efforts by making a donation. Most youth are unable to contribute financially, but they are eager to donate their time and energy.

The Giving Back, Building Forward campaign goal is $1 million in donations over three years. Most will make a commitment to give over a three-year period beginning June 2024. Some will make a one-time gift. Some will do both! Pray and seek the leadership of the Holy Spirit about your gift. Our hope is that this event will be the spark that ignites the flame of generosity in the hearts of all DaySpringers. Don’t miss our Showcase. We’re going to have a great time!
