We have now walked alongside our current Naomi House guests for six months! This is a significant milestone, and we thank each of you for your continued prayer and support of the Naomi House ministry. As we continue serving and supporting our Naomi House guests, there are two new exciting opportunities to volunteer with us this Spring semester.
We would like to host a book study this semester that goes through literature focused on immigration. We hope to continue walking alongside DaySpring congregants as they engage with the realities of our immigration system in the U.S. We are looking for an eager volunteer to lead the study and walk alongside DaySpring congregants as they engage with immigration. The book study would run through the Spring semester. If you are passionate about reading and serving others, please consider leading a book study this semester!
The Naomi House ministry would not be possible without your generosity and commitment to serving others. As we continue to foster relationships with the Naomi House guests, we are eager to start a new initiative that involves food and fun! We are seeking a volunteer interested in cooking with the Naomi House residents. We are asking DaySpring congregants and partnering churches to send in their favorite recipes Naomi House residents can recreate in their kitchens. This is a great way to build friendships between congregants and Naomi House guests.
If you have questions, concerns, or comments, or want to fill these volunteer positions, don't hesitate to contact Saraí Muñiz.
